Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Rebus Master: Pictogram Logic (Rebus Master) account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Rebus Master.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon) → Privacy & Data.
  3. Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm.

If you have an active Rebus PRO subscription, cancel it first in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting your account does not cancel store subscriptions.

Option 2 — Request by email (if you can't access the app)

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us and we'll process your deletion:

To help us find your account, include any email you used to sign in (Google / Apple / Facebook) or your in-game user ID (Settings → About). We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting.

What gets deleted

Timing & retention

Deletion requests are honored promptly. Your data is soft-deleted for 30 days (so you can recover if it was a mistake) and then permanently removed from our systems (GDPR Art. 17). Purchase receipts may be retained where required by tax and accounting law, in de-identified form where possible.
