Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Favo Games ("we", "us") and govern your use of the Rebus Master mobile application and related services (the "App"). This document also serves as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).

2. Eligibility

The App is rated 13+ and is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App you confirm you meet this age requirement. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions (Rebus PRO)

The App offers Rebus PRO, an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium benefits (ad removal and other in-game perks).

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Price and period: The exact price and billing period (e.g. monthly) are shown on the in-app purchase screen and at the store checkout before you confirm.
Manage & cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

4. In-app purchases & virtual items

The App sells consumable in-app purchases such as coin packs and bundles. Coins and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are non-transferable. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store's refund policy. We may modify, manage, or discontinue virtual items at any time.

All digital purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play (via RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your payment card details.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App shows advertising, including rewarded and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Ad personalization is subject to your consent choices (see our Privacy Policy and, for California residents, the "Do Not Sell or Share" control in Settings → Privacy).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain advantage; interfere with the App's operation or security (including App Check / anti-fraud measures); or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

7. User accounts & data

The App uses anonymous accounts by default and lets you optionally link a Google, Apple, or Facebook account to sync progress. You may delete your account and associated data in-app at Settings → Privacy → Delete Account, or from the web at rebusmaster.com/delete-account. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The App and all of its content, artwork, puzzles, trademarks, and code are owned by or licensed to Favo Games and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive no ownership rights — only the limited license in Section 1.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Favo Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

10. Apple App Store — additional terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following applies: these Terms are between you and Favo Games only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves or as required by law. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
